A Fellowship consists of exclusive use of a private studio, accommodations, and three prepared meals a day for two weeks to two months. COLLEGE SEEKS ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF MUSIC Bowdoin College Department of Music invites applications for a one-year, full-time visiting assistant professor in choral conducting and composition, starting Spring 2014. The successful candidate will conduct two different auditioned ensembles during the year: the Bowdoin Chamber Choir (in Spring 2014), a 35-voice group that performs largely a cappella repertoire, and the Bowdoin Chorus (in Fall 2014) a 60-voice group that performs choral-orchestral repertoire. In addition to these two ensembles, the successful candidate will also contribute one course per semester to the department’s composition/theory offerings.
