MANDALAS: MAPS OF CONSCIOUS ORDER presented by Caladan Gallery. This is an exhibition dedicated to honoring and celebrating the resurgence of the mandala form in contemporary art. Long used as a meditative tool by myriads of ancient cultures, the mandala is finding its way into the creative discipline of many artists. This call goes out to artists involved in the construction of order and logic in chaotic times, creating a map of the outer and inner world through the use of the mandala or similar enneagrams. Artists working in all media except video are eligible. One or more artists will be awarded a solo exhibition.
