MECHANIZED WORLD: a juried exhibition presented by Caladan Gallery. Through industrial and technological revolution we have come to create and envision worlds of our own formation. We have created a world of interrelationships, but have suffered as a society, in the form of loss of personal and meaningful connection. It is through spiritual longing, and the general time-valued mechanical nature of our lives that we have come to define the present. Caladan Gallery presents timely and unique virtual exhibitions, and we are very fortunate to create an exciting and diverse meeting place for artists and viewers alike, generating a warm and positive atmosphere. Dialogues between our over 10,000 unique visitors monthly and artists are heartily encouraged,with many artists finding expansive opportunities as a result of their exposure on the gallery site. Artists working in all media except video are eligible. One or more artists will be awarded a solo exhibition.
