Please send your announcement in plain text format in the body of an email message. A short simple headline should lead the reader to want to know more about your event. Keep it short. Include all time and location information such as name of the place, street address, city, state, and zip. A telephone number for more information, along with URL and email would also increase the chances of your announcement being listed. ALL EXHIBITION ANNOUNCEMENT SHOULD INCLUDE AN OPENING AND CLOSING DATE! Unless, of course, your exhibition is opening and closing on the same day. Did I mention how important it is to keep your event information as short as possible?
