The ART DEADLINES LIST doesn't list announcements like
     yours unless its a paid ad.

     However, if you have a 480 x 60 banner ad (.GIF), then
     your announcement can appear at the end of many ADL
     pages.

     see there currently appears at the bottom of most ADL
     pages.

     Send your banner ad as an attachment.  It will then be
     placed at the bottom of most ADL pages for free
     publicity for your event.
