You need to double click your CONTROL PANEL to open it.

     Then double click FOLDER OPTIONS.

     Click the tab marked FILE TYPES.

     That should produce a list of all the file types you have
     stored anywhere on your computer.

     Now you need to find the one named LST.

     Click that once so that its highlighted.

     You are now at a point whre your computer wants to know
     what program you want to open that file type.

     You can select WORD or WORDPAD or any other program that
     you use for word processing.

     Click Close.

     You should now be able to open a .LST file by double
     clicking it.
