OK, but who is Richard Gardner the man behind the big screen of
internet?  What brings you to MIT, Cambridge, why is it important for
you personally to structure a BB for art output,input outpost? It is a
lot of work...DEADLINES is like an early warning system...advanced
action notice, et al...a what's happening service...to what end? That
is what I am curious about. It is not to be intrusive beyond the text,
but DAX has always been curious about looking behind the scenes to
identify motive. It's important, I believe, to the information
interact process.The bigger picture in depth is always critical over
the long haul in the sense of defining the nature of anticipatory
action.  It is also critical in the dynamics of community caring. What
sayest thou Richard?

Prof Richard Wrangham, Harvard Zoology Dept (?), gives a lecture every
year or so about his chimp research project in Africa.  One story has
to do with a group of chimps who go out looking for lone males from
another group.  They stalk and catch the individual and kill him.
This is a common practice.  Switching primates, the Brazillian
rainforest Yanomamo, are known for their violence.  There is some
evidence to support the idea that the number of children a man fathers
is related to the number of men, from other groups, he has killed.
Or, looking at it from the females perspective, no self-respecting
Yanomamo woman would marry a man unless he has killed one or more men.
Switching to the Kalahari !Kung, who have a culture that may be
50-100,000 years old, a man who can't hunt is unlikely to get a wife.
The best hunters may have more than one wife.  Also, a man who is a
really good dancer, where a type of healing dance is a central part of
their culture, gets to "lie down with" many women.  Perhaps the
current state of affairs regarding who is admired is simply a
consequence of thousands of generations of natural selection for
murder/self-defense, sports/hunting, and
entertainment/healing-dance-rituals.
